At your PRB appointment you will be taken care of by one of us from start to finish!

Nicola + Susie own the business and have been getting girls ready for Prom since 2017!

Hayley joined the team in 2022 & Mel has been with us since last year and has rounded off our fab little gang perfectly!

We love what we do! We meet hundreds of girls every year from Prom and we have the best time with every single one of you.

Polly Rose Boutique is a bright spacious shop filled with a hand picked collection of stunning dresses for your Prom season.

We have dresses in stock ready to take home right away and sample dresses that we use to find your dream dress and then order for you

in your size and choice of colour.

When you arrive the shop layout will be explained to you and you will be given markers to pop onto the first dresses you would like to try on.

You can try lots more dresses while your here with us, but these first picks just help us to understand your likes and dislikes so we can help you better.

You spend most of your time at the shop trying dresses on, so we have built very spacious fittingrooms for you to make sure your time here is as comfortable as possible.

We will help you as little or as much as you decide while your here with us.

We will usually pop in and out to help you with all of the zips and clips on the dresses while organising your top picks and bringing you more dresses to try.

We do ask that you bring a parent or guardian.

We also ask that you bring no more than 2 people along with you to your appointment.

The shop can get busy when we are fully booked and this helps us to keep the space comfortable for everyone.

When you find your dress and are happy to order for Prom it’s a 50% deposit to secure your dress on our school registry and have it allocated to you.

The balance is due before you take your dress home, there is no strict structure to how that balance is paid. It’s totally up to you how quickly you would like to pay it. There is no interest and no hidden charges.

Everyone who finds their dress at PRB signs the mirror before they leave.

We started this 3 years ago and we love having these colourful little reminders all over the shop of the people we’ve met! We do keep the mirrors and start a fresh one every year so you will be with us forever!

so we can show all of our amazing girls off.

If your dress is ordered from a sample, you won’t hear from us for a little bit while your dress is being made and sent to us. As soon as your order arrives to the shop you will be very first to know and then it’s time to book a Pick Up appointment and take your dress for alterations if needed.

We don’t do alterations at the shop, but we do have a list of ladies who our customers have used over the years and who are very used to working with these types of dresses.
